Nice hotel, brilliant place for 1 night in Normal. Clean and inviting room and climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator inside. Easy to get around Normal with freeway located nearby the venue.

The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were amiable. The location was marvellous - so close to many restaurants or downtown Bloomington/normal, Bloomington, and downtown Bloomington/normal. Tried some nice meals at Arby's, located next to the property. Had a really nice time.

Clean and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING hotel, very helpful stuff and comfortable beds. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Nearby many attractions due to excellant access to freeway.

I truly enjoyed 1 night there. The location was nice, in the middle of jackson, and the bed very comfy. Further, it was adjacent to Bloomington.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from a nearby university, and parking was easy.

Our New Year's Eve stay was amazing! The room had a beautiful layout and was spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable and provided ample pillows for us to choose from. , the location was perfect, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We had a relaxing time watching TV and enjoyed the game room while waiting for midnight. The staffs were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

That the noise level from the pool was a bit high as our room was overlooking the area. However, this was not a major issue, as we turned on the fan and it muffled the sound.

Convenient location, clean room, and easy parking. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was in a great area with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The room was spotless and looked like it was just renovated. We also appreciated the ample parking space available right in front of the hotel.

Lack of attention from staff and noise levels. The management should have been more vigilant about monitoring the noise level, especially during the middle of the night.

The hotel's facilities were impressive, adding to the overall experience. The front desk staff, especially Meri, were welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Illinois State University just a short drive away. The parking was easy, and the breakfast, although not complimentary, was reasonably priced and delicious. I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bloomington and would recommend it.
